1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using skills.ceo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

skills.ceo provides Claude Code skills ("Skills") that automate business operations. Skills are digital products delivered via a private GitHub repository. All-Access includes lifetime access to all current and future Skills.

3. Purchases and Payment

When you make a purchase through skills.ceo:

• • You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase
• • Payment is processed through Stripe
• • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• • You will receive access to a private GitHub repository after successful payment

4. License and Usage

When you purchase All-Access:

• • You receive a license to use all Skills for your personal or business use
• • You may modify Skills for your own use
• • You may not redistribute, resell, or share Skills with others
• • You receive lifetime access to all current and future Skills
• • Updates are delivered via the private GitHub repository

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Skills and immediate access to the private repository, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work to resolve them.

6. No Warranties

Skills are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Skills will work with all versions of Claude Code or that they will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

skills.ceo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Skills.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
